In 1984, I opened a small law office in Hollywood, Florida. Today, David W. Singer & Associates, P.A. is one of the largest personal injury firms in the Sunshine State, having represented literally thousands of people injured in accidents of all types and from many different places including Broward and Miami-Dade County. Our clients come from virtually every county in Florida, many of the fifty states, Europe, Asia and South America. Referrals come from satisfied clients and from lawyers all over the country that know of our reputation. We’re fluent in English, Spanish, Creole and French. As the managing attorney of the Broward County, Florida firm, I strive to ensure that our entire staff provides quality legal services to every client. We handle all cases on a contingency fee basis, so that each and every client can afford top legal counsel. As a result, our clients pay a fee to us only if we recover compensation for them. Further, if necessary, our fee is adjusted to ensure that the client’s settlement proceeds exceed our attorney’s fee. At David W.
